As the name implies, Mobile Social Media focuses on utilizing your wireless phone to access, leverage, and manage key Social Media networks. The program provides YouReach students full step-by-step instructions to streamline their full gamut of Social Media marketing efforts through a mobile device. Don’t know anything ABOUT Social Media Marketing? No problem- we teach the fundamentals and exactly HOW to get set up PROPERLY. As all agents know, Real Estate happens in the field, not the office. Therefore, ongoing access to marketing channels through a mobile device is essential.

What You can expect to gain from this 24 week Training
- YOU WILL develop fluency in all aspects of Social Media (terms, technologies, and their relevancy to Real Estate). Undeniably, Social Media is a here to stay phenomenon. Clients expect a clear example of expertise in this area, and this training will give you a FULL understanding of the culture and fundamental functions of Social Media
- YOU WILL develop a Social Media strategy that speaks directly to an agent’s audience. The YouReach Strategy will allow you manage your social media sites in fewer than 10 minutes a day, FROM YOUR MOBILE PHONE, after you set up your sites. We will walk you through step-by-step setting up all of your sites properly.
- YOU WILL be able to utilize Social Media to enhance Listing Presentations. In the contemporary marketplace, sellers are expecting something beyond traditional media. Home buyers are searching ONLINE, and you will become experienced posting content in many locations online, generating traffic and converting traffic into business- Standing out from the competition is paramount.
- YOU WILL build a high profile presence on the top five Social Media sites for Real Estate agents. A Realtor’s greatest mistake in Social Media is setting up sites poorly without a STRATEGY. We show you step-by-step HOW to set up your sites PROPERLY, and update the sites on the go.
- YOU WILL understand what content is appropriate and valuable for each of your DIFFERENT Social Media Sites, and be able to share content in multiple locations with minimal effort.

Course Contents and Structure
- 1 preseason week and 24 Weekly Lesson Home page that includes:
- Warm-Up Exercises- relevant and interesting News and Blog articles that give the lesson context
- Video Lessons by Jim Marks and Tom Ferry themselves- for the visual learner
- Links to A Play by Play that breaks the topic into bite size pieces – this is the real meat of the Weekly Lesson. We also use Play By Plays to walk you through setting up and using your Social Media Sites
- Links to Field challenge – a different challenge each week that forces members to dive in and understand a technical concept or task, with step by step instructions
- Quiz – test of the current lesson’s curriculum
- Links to the Live Webinar – covers the week’s lesson, touches on concepts above, and extra credit

Course Details
Every Monday, YouReach students receive an email with and overview and links to the week’s lesson
On Tuesday, we send you a text reminding you to log into the site and complete the lesson and field challenge before that week’s webinar.
Every Wednesday, there will be an email reminding people about the week’s live webinar, and provide the code to join.
Friday morning, we send you a text reminder with the Code to login to the Webinar, and then Jim Marks and the team conduct a LIVE webinar that gives you the opportunity to interact and ask questions as we walk you through the main points of the lesson and give you even more!
Afterward, we send you a Wrap Up emailing recapping the week’s content.

This 24-week training requires about a 2 hour per week commitment, which includes the time to tune in for the Live Webinar. And don’t worry if you cant log in Live, all of the webinars are recorded so you can watch them whenever is convenient. Additionally, the customer service team is HAPPY to spend time helping you out!
